Jomtien Condotel & Village is a small village with a perfect location in Pattaya. On the territory of the village there is also the largest common swimming pool with lane lines, a nice coffee shop in the style of a green arbor and a tennis court.

Jomtien Condotel & Village has an access to the famous repaired  Dongtan beach (a private exit) from the one side of the village and the exit to one of the main roads of the city (Tappraya Rd, two directions) of the other side.
Right opposite the village, across the road is the FOODLAND supermarket and bus-station to Suvarnabhum airport.
